Thank you so much for your order! We hope that our carefully curated and natural, artisanal products help you on your journey to a holistic, healthy lifestyle. Our food and beauty products are 100% natural with no chemical additives or preservatives. Because of their natural quality, please be sure to store them in a cool, dry place and to use them within six months of purchase in order to receive their full benefits. Some of our products may contain essential oils which, while pure, should still be used with caution in case of any allergy or if you are pregnant or nursing. Also, while medical studies continue to validate the healthful properties of extra virgin olive oil, please be aware that any information on this website is not intended to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose any medical condition and is not a substitute for the medical advice of a trained physician. 

Your items will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days. In order to lessen packaging waste, our products are shipped using recyclable materials whenever possible.  Our metal tins, glass jars and bottles are also meant to be reusable. We ship within the United States,  via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service with delivery confirmation. For orders outside the US, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request! However, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs/taxes and/or customs regulations that may arise from that particular country's shipping policies. If you would like to place a rush order or include additional insurance for your package, please let us know and we will be happy to prepare a quote for you. 

Please understand that we are a teeny, tiny company and are not able to provide refunds or returns at this time. However, we do understand that, occasionally, an item may become severely damaged during shipping. Therefore, if you contact us directly within 3 days of of receiving your item and provide us with a snapshot of the damaged item, we will do our best to provide you with a replacement. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and will do our best to fix the problem!
